Hello, my name is Suzanne Bate.
I am former Headteacher and founder of The Tuition Club.
Having spent over 20 years teaching thousands of children of all ages and all abilities, I firmly believe that the skills taught in the primary school curriculum lay the foundations for future success. From punctuation to problem solving, grammar to graphs and reading to ratio; the primary curriculum is the backbone for success throughout a child's educational journey and beyond.

However, for some children keeping up with the pace of learning in a classroom can be difficult and stressful, especially when your child is just one pupil in a class of 30 pupils. Falling behind or having gaps in their learning not only impacts their academic progress, but also impacts their confidence and self-esteem.

This is why I created The Primary Kids Tuition Club - an online classroom that solely focuses on teaching primary school aged children the most vital skills in the key stage 1 and key stage 2 Maths, Reading and Writing curriculum. Furthermore, my pledge to parents is to never have more than 6 children in any online class, to allow for growth in confidence, targeted support and 1-1 teacher time.
